A high quality weights area

Our weights area is built for serious training, featuring world-class equipment from Hammer Strength, Nautilus, and Exigo. Whether you're chasing performance, building muscle, or perfecting form, you'll find everything you need — from plate-loaded machines and Olympic racks to selectorized units and free weights.

Classes

Total Sweat & Total Ladies

Total Sweat is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to push your limits. Expect a powerful mix of cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises.

Total Ladies is a women-only training experience that focuses on building strength, confidence, and community. This class blends functional movements, resistance training, and core work in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Functional Area

Step into our Functional Training Zone — a dynamic space engineered for movement, intensity, and athletic development. Equipped with SkiErgs, RowErgs, BikeErgs, Assault Runners, and a full-length sled track, this area is perfect for high-intensity training, metabolic conditioning, and functional strength work.


FAQs

  • Yes. Our day / class passes are £6.

  • A Monthly TTC Membership is £35 per month. This includes access to all classes and use of all gym facilities.

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00am-9:30pm

    Saturday: 8am-3pm

    Sunday: 9am-1pm

  • Yes, we have fully qualified personal trainers who are able to guide you to your fitness goals.
